first big craft show

I am finally doing my second post. I want to start by thanking everyone for such wonderful post. I am getting ready to do a show Saturday which should have over 5,000 people. I have done small shows and only shown my hair bows at one. I am still a newbie. They did well condsidering the amount of stock I had. I have a mix of hand-painted children's clothing, hand-painted silk scarves, and hair bows and clips. I have been a nervous wreck. The posts I have been reading have been so helpful. I will take pictures to share. I signed up for pro pay. I tried to use the telephone processing today and it would not work. A few kinks to work out in a short time. I thought about borrowing a slider machine from where I work, but feel weird about having c/c's. How do you feel about giving your c/c # at a show? I prefer to process by phone but it seems very time consuming. I guess I will give an option to the customer. I will keep everyone posted on my outcomes. Keep good weather in mind for me this weekend. Thanks for all the great information!
