I am still working on what to call it.
I am going to attach a ribbon & hang it.
I have no idea where - I was thinking a door knob but it could anywhere.
Even on a christmas tree as an ornament.
Oh, the frame is 4x4.

No, the frame is a 4 x 4 & it is actually a coaster (that you are supposed to put a photo in) but I sanded the horrible stain off & painted it black. I did not think of using it as a bow holder. It might be too small but it could work.
