Sorry Naomi, but that is done on my embroidery machine. The whole design is done in the hoop.
There are no instructions to just make one.

I love that fabric Lilly. I bet the outfit is adorable.
Those cases are very nice and so much better than just the plain old package in the purse.
I made over 40 of them.....sold them for 7.50 each. I also did them in sets with matching cases to hold the little bottles of Purell hand sanitizer...
