ribbon curtains? anyone seen these or tried

making them? I was looking at these at k-mart today, for my dd's room. It was 17.99 for one sheer curtain panel and then it had different sheer ribbons
attatched at the top and left to hang loose the rest of the length of the curtain...I thought, I could make that, (and cuter too, tee hee!) but not sure it would be cost effective. Don't really know the prices of ribbon yet......they also had several
bitty ribbon flowers on each of the pieces hanging so that say there were 5 on the first one, there were then 3 on the second giving it a staggered appearance. They were cute, and I looked at them and went I could MAKE that....but I am a non-sewer....bet I could figure something out though....but like I said, not sure how cost effective it would be...sometimes making something just because you can is not the frugal way to go.... Hmmm, my dd's already have sheers on their windows, so it would be the cost of the ribbon in various colors and the little flowers...I'll have to price it out. Just thought I'd share the thought though. If you have made these would love to see what you have done....
