I use the glue gun and mine has held up well. Im sure there is something that would hold it better but once I put the trim around the edge it seemed to hold up better.

Question Spray Adhesive?

I'll try that, how do you use it for headbands?

The mod podge will work you just need to let it dry for a while and you need to work really quick once you put it on. I work in small sections across and have been really happy with how they turn out but I do not pad mine. Also do not use a hot glue gun--use a low temp because the hot glue gun will warp the plastic and then it will not close properly. I learned that the hard way!! You can get instructions off the you can make this web site.

Hey ladies, I found this site, it isn't the actual covered case, but you slide the travel case in it. Just a different way of carrying them.

I used spray adhesive for the padding, and then fabric glue for the fabric, glue gun for the trim. The cases I made held up for more than 1 year, until I stopped using them. Still have them in my DD's bedroom and they are still ok
