Cutting tulle for tu-tu's

I love this idea. First I learn to buy the rolls of tulle, not off the bolt like I was doing, and now this. Can you ladies make this any easier? Goodness. Thanks a billion.

If you buy it from the bolt's it's pretty easy also. I don't remember the site I saw this on, but you lay your tulle out (it's easiest to work in 1 yd segments) and then cut it at the fold. Then roll the tulle like wrapping paper is rolled and then just cut the 2" segments.

My mother in law is a retired florist and she taught me this with cardboard. She said when it was holiday time and they had to make bows for wreaths, they all sat around and used that technique with ribbon. Such a time saver!

I originally set up my iPhone on my stand-alone computer. I would like to add it to my lap-top and also have the information backed up on my lap-top. Can this be done? Or is my backup only on the original computer?
