darn,....I have been trying to get to that for a while now just hadn't had time...I thought it would work guess it does.. they are very nice!

I had the same thoughts LOL! I've been waiting to get the right size ribbons to give it a try. You snooze you loose I guess. Just goes to show how people can blame others for "stealing" ideas and the person is truely innocent!

These are so cute...anyone know how she does the skirt...I know that you have to run a straight stitch...then gather, but what size ribbon do you think? And how do you get the double ruffle to stay together?

I was thinking 5/8 ontop of 7/8 otherwise it would be much larger, sewing them together at the same time would keep them together and make each fold lay nicely... done cha think?

This is how I would do it. They are so much cuter than the way that I make them. I may have to try this.
