It works GREAT! I can plug it in next to my glue gun and turn it on as needed to iron out a ribbon that has gotten wrinkled. PLUS, it works great for fixing hot glue goofs on my bows. I just clamp down on the ribbon and glue, it heats the glue and I can pull the ribbon off and fix mistakes quickly.
I told dh he is "da MAN!" Just thought someone else out there might have one lying around and have a use for it.

Okay, you (well, I suppose your husband) is a genius. I had to make 2 bows yesterday for my daughters but was out of a certain ribbon I needed (and I did not want to run to the store. I took a part an old, uglier bow I had made. The ribbon was wrinkled - I got out my out flat iron & it worked!!!!! I was so amazed. So, my flat iron has been moved from the bathroom hair accessory drawer to my craft room in a craft tool drawer. Thank you so much!!!!
