When your in a pinch...
Ok ladies this is not a bow post, but because so many of you have helped me I wanted to try and help you too. I know a lot of us spend hours a day on our bows, flowers, jobs ect. so when your is a rush for dinner try throwing this together. My mom has been making it since I can remember and I make it now too...no I am not saying she made it up ok!! Its just an easy dinner with veggies, somewhat pasta (lol) and meat.
1lb ground beef
2 pkg. Ramen Noodles (oriental, pork or beef)
2 cups frozen veggies (I like california blend but it is up to you)
1/4 to 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
2 tbs chopped green onion (optional also b/c I hate onions so I substitute with peas)
In large skillet brown hamburger. Drain grease.
In same skillet combine 2 cups water, vegetables, noodles broken up and ground ginger. Simmer until veggies and noodles are tender. I add a beef bullion cube or some soy sauce for extra flavor. Also may need additional water, not soup like texture just so the noodles are wet. Stroganoff type texture.
Enjoy...random I know but I am making it and it is quick and easy!
