Default Cereal boxes, Really??

Thanks to all the input on this forum I have discovered a new found love for cereal boxes! I spent 2 hours last night cutting 150 yds of tulle for tutus, with a rotary cutter. I woke up this morning and searched for tips on cutting tulle, and found the wonderful post about someone's mother coming up with the idea of using a cereal box! I have cut 700 yards in 1 hour Thanks Ladies!

yep that is the right thread! I just tape the end of the tulle to the middle of the top of the box and start wrapping the tulle around the box. I make 2 cuts on either end, so I end up with strips on the front and the back. Hope that helps, my 5 year old loves to hold the tulle spool while I wrap, and I have to admit it is quite helpful.
