I don't know.. I'd probably say at least $20 since you have to pay PP and etsy fees. Plus all the ones I've seen at shows are $20-$30. Also any I've seen on Etsy are that much as well. What are you charging for shipping on them? I usually sale my fabric flowers for $4.. I paid $6 for the hats.. .SO I already have $10 in them... so I'm thinking of saying $20. Would you pay $20? I think I would. I almost paid $25 at my last show for one from someone else until I decide I can make my own!

I bought the hat for $5 and I usually charge $3.50 for my flowers. I'm just afraid that locally I won't be able to sell them for as much. I think I can get away with $20 still but anymore than that people won't pay that around here. I didn't list it on Etsy but I listed it on my website (which you won't be able to see since I'm converting from one host to my new one as we speak). We'll see, I hoping that I just sell them at my shows that are coming up. I wore one yesterday for like 45 minutes and got two compliments on it.
Shipping? I have my boxes that it'll probably fit in so that box usually costs me $2.50 to ship so I'll probably charge $3.50 for the hat since it's heavier.

I'll probably keep them at $20 for my show next weekend.. they are huge around here right now. I wish I could make the signed flower you have... it's so cute.. I've tired a few times but only burn mine.

If I can't get $20 out of them I'll go down and next time order cheaper hats from Magic instead of where I got these!
Can't wait to see how well they sale for you! I've only worn mine once so far and that was just to the gas station and to pick up my son.. I haven't added mine to Esty yet.. I don't get any business from Etsy though.

I would start off with a lighter and work your way up to a candle. I think with a lighter you have more control and you can move your hand back and forth to singe a little bit at a time until you're comfortable with it. I've burned plenty but you just have to get used to it. Practice, now if I can just get my boutique bows to look like some of the ladies that post here!

My show isn't until the 14th, but I have been busy making things!! This will be my last show until after the new year unless I can set up an open house or two.
