Default wetting your thread

You guys may have already new this but I happened to find it out on accident. I use crocheting thread to tie my bows, because it is strong and it comes in big spools for cheap. However, if it is wet a little the first tie will not slip, it stays right in place to finish off the knot.

i hadn't been wetting it, but i was using this too, thanks for the tip on getting it wet! I have tore my fingers up trying to tie tight so it don't slip
