My M-I-L has some of these and she brought them down when she came down and it would be a very easy and good thing to sell I think. I use Old Navy flip flops for the main reasons of:
1. everyone knows Old Navy flip flops
2. good quality for the price & comfort
3. they come in so many colors/sizes
4. customers usually already know what size they need in the Old Navy ones being that they are so common

That is just my opinion for around where I live & selling flip flops HTH!

i get mine at target. but hot glue does not like them. (or any other glue for that matter) so i have to sew them on!

I like the Old Navy ones b.c they are more durable. Walmart here does not have solid color ones except for women. I like the plain so it does not take away from the bow.

These switch flops sell for $35 a pair for children where I am. CRAZY!!! There is also a lady selling ribbon flops for $28 at the same place. CRAZIER!!

I'm not a big fan b.c they don't always seem to lay flat after several wears.....pucker in the velcro meeting. I also had bows fall off of ribbon flops using hot glue so I would say use E6000.....but it only happened to one pair out of 30 so someone could have just been pulling at it.

For those who sew.....do you hand sew and what kind of needle are you using??

My MIL and SIL's have those shoes and I think it is nuts how much they sell for.

Old Navy flip flops are on sale for $1 in stores on the 23rd.

It took me a minute to get how you could make them yourself... a little light bulb went off in my head & I had my "ah-ha" moment of the day. I think it would be SUPER easy to do those yourself! I'm sure her idea has a patent, would you still be able to make & sell them yourself (curious if I could have them in my boutique)...

SwitchFlops

Michaels. I used to work there. They get them in every Spring/Summer in various colors.
