I have done a couple of bows with marabou before. It turns out soooo cute but as mentioned before when you cut it pull and blow some of the feathers out of the way cause it is sooooo messy! DH says from now on I can only use it in the summer so I can cut it outside.

One question please! Do you spray your bow if you put marabou in it? I made some bows with marabou and it's really a pain. I had to spray every part of the hairbow first and shape every layer first, then wait until they dry , totally dry. Then I coulf put them together with the marabou and finish off. No spraying anymore once the marabou is in. How about you? Any input will be much appreciated!

No I have not tried to spray the marabou. I did just like you said sprayed them seprate all the peices and then put them together with the marabou.
It might not be a bad idea to spray a test peice just to see what happens??

While I am on a roll sharing my bows I forgot about these ones I did not long ago. Kinda a different use for the stuff but still marabou just the same

Hey, honestly I love your bows, I have been addicted to make roses and all my bows are rose rose and rose. And now I am really fed up! But look at your bows, how creative they are... the spiders are just unique and how lovely is the idea of a marabou candy! remind me of my childhood with those sugary things... And all of them colours combo are just great! Honestly!

Don't try spraying. I've just done it. It's awful! It's like a little chick under a heavy rain...

Well thanks so much!! It means a lot coming from someone who's bows I have come to admire very much in a short time.

LOL at the chick under heavy rain! But you may have just come up with a great idea making a chick clippie or bow using yellow marabou!!
