Thanks girls. And it was totally easy. Honestly I must be like level 3 of sewing and i could do it. Its just sewing a few pieces together, to gather the top you just pull the thread to bunch it and I have a $99 walmart sewing machine. The bottom is a yellow tutu and we know how easy those are. So don't underestimate yourselves give it a try

She's only allowed to wear it on Halloween! Cause she'll chew it up. She grabs the tulle and it goes right into her little mouth and yumm yummm yumm... I post picture after! :-)
