Centerpieces

Hello all,
Does anyone know how to make the tops of these(Party Centerpieces and Wedding Centerpieces by Wanderfuls) I really like them and They look like curly ribbon left straight but I can not figure it out. I have been looking at them back and forth all evening. I bet it's something so simple that if it were a snake I would be bitten. I normally don't ask to many questions, but I am on overload. Sorry

They are simple add ons..you can find them at Michaels.

maybe mylar garland? or the stuff thats wrapped around new years blowers?

i would check $1 store.

if you can wait, i bet there is stuff like that available for christmas decorating!
