SORRY, made a mistake there !

I saw this photo on another site and though that is totally easy. You can see its just a knotted tutu dress with the elastic around her chest with the green tulle shorter and pulled upward and the orange down totally easy, not sure if my 3 month old would appreciate it though

Very cute!! That does look easy now that you explained it, LOL. I never would have thought that it was just a regular tutu. Thank you for sharing!!
