I don't know anything of the Cricut machine. I only just began working with the Silhouette. Maybe another fine lady on the thread can help.

Nice! How do you heat seal the fabric so it doesn't fray?

Thanks for the help Pia! You're the best!

I have had my Silhouette for over a year and haven't used it. I bought it for cheer bow making and have no clue what to do with it. Did you watch a cheer bow tutorial or do you have any? Even for purchasing?

I spoke with my friend on here Pia, and did my own research as well. Best place to find out how to cut vinyl using your machine is www.expressionsvinyl.com. There is a tab on the site that gives you cutting guidelines by machine. Since my machine and blade were new, I had to reduce the pressure of the blade down a little so that it didn't cut through the transfer paper.

While there, I signed up for the e-mails and received 15% off my first order. I would definately check them out.

Good Luck!

Ann

SO STINKING CUTE! I guess I will have to try and experiment with the fabric to make cheer bows I've only make them with grosgrain. I really don't have alot of money is there a site you would recommend? I also want to know is it safe to iron the rhinestones on with any iron or is there something special I need to get. Sorry for all the questions *^_^* lol. The fabric just looks as if it would melt.

It takes a little doing. I had a friend help me with mine. The secret is only adding the wave to one side of the bow.
