Default Rhinestone centers?

Hello Ladies!
I recently made a schools competition bows, but I have been getting calls for fixes on the rhinestone centers.
I was using a solid piece more like jewelry from JoAnns and gluing it down, but they are coming off.
I use the e6000 glue. Has anyone else had issues with them coming off when in use?
What types of rhinestones do you normally use for bow centers? Is it a heat press thing maybe?

Any ideas appreciated!

I make my own rhinestone centers using hotfix rhinestones and pressing them directly onto the ribbon that I use for the center.....

Thank you! With templates and all, I forgot about the heat press crystals! I forgot I even had a setter! HA. Makes sense.

Diamond mesh is easy to cut down and work with for centers. It also wouldn't need to be fixed like the single stones. Just an idea. Not sure how the overall look of the bow would compare but it's so popular that it's pretty widely available now and they probably carry it here in the hg store
