I have used just my regular iron so far. No issues yet! 😃

I have not used a heat press. In order to make rhinestone transfers, it is my understanding you will need to purchase an additional software package for your Silhouette. Cost is about $50.

Absolutely not! A regular iron works perfectly.

Do you find there is a lot of wasted vinyl? Or are you able to cut quite a bit of words/phrases out of 1 sheet?

I'd say it depends on how efficient you arrange the objects... It should be possible to save quite a bit, I guess.

I just ordered some vinyl from Specialtygraphics.com. Their prices are very close if not a little cheaper than vinylexpressions.com. However, Specialty Graphics has a WAY better selection.

I ordered the Siser Easyweed. It works great and peels super easy!

Happy cutting!

Ann

Hi Ann<
Quick question , Have you used the glitter or just the solid Siser Easyweed with an iron? I just got off the phone with someone from Heat Transfer Warehouse and he said I couldn't use the Siser Easyweed Glitter with an iron, I need a heat press Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Dana
