Default Fabric Question?

So My daughter is about to start cheer, and im trying to make her some really cute cheer bows that she can wear to practices. I already have made basic cheer bows and worked with sequin and shimmer fabrics (like from hobby lobby)
but I really like bows made w/ these kinds of fabrics:

http://www.etsy.com/listing/98379873..._type=handmade

and

http://www.etsy.com/listing/79327350...ack-and-silver

and

http://www.etsy.com/listing/99585680..._type=handmade

My question is
Are those made with the spandex fabrics?
On the 3rd picture with the sequins, is that fabric easy to work with? I would imagine if you heat and bond it like other fabrics that the sequin material might melt?

Thanks so much for any help

Yep, those are all spandex fabrics! Except the sequins which are sequin fabrics.
