So I have been trying to wrap my mind around how to make a korker keychain and attach it to a key chain. I have a dance team that wants them but I can't get them on a keychaing without wrapping the center which splits them. Would you mind sharing a picture of yours?

On a side note, these are very fun to make and you can also use the same size bows to make flip flops and headbands too. Here is a sample of what I have made using that same size bow.
May I ask what method you use to cut out shapes and letters?

Originally, I used a Sizzix BigKick to cut out the star shapes. I got a Silhouette Cameo as a Christmas Gift. Love it!

It may cost a little more to buy, but the options are endless without purchasing a ton of dies to make shapes.

Will the Silhouette do words and such? I love the cursive words I am seeing on bows. I am considering it. When I looked it up it looks like it is around $300? Does it cut the glitter flake materal?

It will cut just about anything. I am not sure about glitter flake, because I don't know what it is. It has cut through mystique for me, but I really like working with the vinyl.

I have posted a few of the bows I have made on the share your cheer bow thread. I don't even think I have even scratched the surface yet.

I just made two of these with Duck (TM) brand duct tape.

I used contrasting colors. On the first one I used black with cheetah print and on the other one I used blue with zebra print.

You have to use twice as much length to cover the adhesive tape on the back.

I made them as a surprise for DD1 and DD2. They'll find them hanging from their backpacks on their way to school tomorrow.

They were the easiest bows I've ever made. I would encourage anyone to try making these with duct tape. I'm guessing Scotch brand wouldn't look quite as nice since it is thinner and flimsier than Duck brand. Although it might be easier to work with.
