Does anyone out there know what else I can do? I purchased 2 ebooks from SBB on Feb. 15th and have still not received my download. When I check the order status page, it says "in process" According to their FAQ page, ebooks take minutes up to 24 hours. I have written them 4 emails and have contacted them by their link on the site 4 different times. I have yet to get any type of response. I don't want to be hard to get along with, but they have my money and I have nothing. One member of this forum tried to get in touch with SBB for me, but she hasn't had any luck either. Can anyone help me with this problem? This was the first time I've ever ordered from SBB but I assure you, it will be the last.
