Some drilled a tiny hole on the bottlecap. Attach a split ring/jump ring (matter of preference but split ring is more *secure*, imho). If you already know the basic stringing the beads, that's all you need to do.

You would need of course, for the end part, i.e lobster claw, adjustable thingy, etc etc etc...

Depending on what kind of string you use, i.e if you're using beading wire or something, and you want a nice finish, you'd want to get a crimp bead.
