You are right it isn't exactly what I was looking for, BUT it has helped get an idea of what direction I should be going in!!! I also LOVE a good blog with some fun tutorials! So Thank You!

I was fiddling with some ways of doing it. I even thought of maybe taking three of the chiffon rosettes we get with the petti skirts to see if I can create the ruffled top effect. Although when showing my Mother she thought it looked more like a flower pot. On to more fiddling!
