I have tried to look this up online with no luck. I am trying attach some ruffles to some capris I made and I am having some problems. I don't understand how to sew them on without messing up the gathering of the ruffle. Also, I would like to add double ruffles on the bottom of these... any suggestions to make this easier. I am a semi-beginner and have just completed my first pair of capris, so I need an easy way to do this if possible. P.S. My capris turned out perfect!!!
