Well, in my own dabbling I found something that helps, but not the easiest course. I cut the individual graphics as close as I can and place on ribbon, iron on with linen setting, remove the backing carefully but quickly and then turn the ribbon with image over and iron backside quickly. I am using a cheesecloth and a tiny bit of the ink will transfer, but it also removes the glossy adheasive a bit. To make it work, I have to do each image separately, rather than a whole row. Anyhow, for a small project it's not too daunting, but would not work with a busy pattern.
