I did make the cake! The little flowers are made out of gum paste. You just roll it out and use a flower shapped cookie cutter. Michael sells kits. It is so easy even my daughter's have helped (7 & 6). We made a second cake for the party with the grandparents and it was white frosting and pink flowers. My girls made all of the flowers and placed them on the cake. They did a nice job.
