As far as bow size, I don't know the law, but I wouldn't doubt they have one. Kinda like how they can't put loose strings in clothes and whatnot. I guess the bigger loops could get caught on something on the playground or whatever. But they sell necklaces which could get caught on stuff, too. Who knows! We don't do bigger than 3 inch bows b/c my little one has a peanut head.  |
Her fitting was for fall, and it was for Gymboree and Janie and Jack. The clothes were just adorable.
