I did my 2nd craft show this past weekend. I think that I did good. My booth space was $50 and I made $114, so I had a $64 profit
. I sold 1 headband and the rest was clippies. I had made 2 dozen bows and didn't sell any of them. I take that back, I did sell 1 of my 4 1/2" convertible bows and I got an order to make 2 more. I got an invite to do a booth in a home and garden show. The only problem is that the show is on April 25. That doesn't give me much time to replenish my stock. Plus the cost is $300
. I am afraid that I would not make enough to cover my booth. I think that I am going to pass that one up. I was also invited to do a booth at a children's consignment sale in the fall. I will probably do that one I am just waiting on the info. Also I had a lady buy some of my clippies and she said that was going to ship them to her sister to put in her upscale children's boutique. She lives in a different state than I do. She thinks they will be sold in a week and that her sister will probably order some more from me. I am excited! I had to share. I forgot to take my camera with me so I don't have pics to share. I will post a pic of my custom order when I get it finished.
