Recently I sold an item, and I shipped it in a regular mailing envelope. The customer states that she did not receive the item and I know i shipped it and she should have received it by now. I did not get a DC or tracking # . I dont know if i can get them with just shipping a reg. envelope out. Now she has filed a dispute and well I dont feel I should return her money because I DID ship it out. Anyone have any advice.
I thought about starting to print my own labels for shipping at home, now can I get a DC or confirmation # if im only shipping out a regular mailing envelope.
