I've never ordered, but from what I hear, the ribbon is good quality. It is softer than offray. Many people find that they can spray the final product (bow) with a little fabric stiffener and it comes out just as good as the expensive stuff. I hear that you love it or hate it. I figure I can try it out for that price and it won't matter if I hate it!
But, lots of ladies use it on this site and love it.
