If I remember correctly (it's been a while since I made an organza bow), the starch leaves marks (crusty spots). Try just baking them on low heat (200-225ish) for 25 minutes. HTH.
thanks-I assume sheer is considered the same-I can never keep the sheer ribbon from going flat (I buy from rabom)- I guess I will try baking to see if it holds up better
