Others gave you good advice, check the white setting on your camera.

I use Photoshop but I do have tho too

Here is what I would do in if you go to adjustments>levels and slide the input thingie down it lightens the whole photo. then I slide the inner arrow of the output slide down a bit and that darkened the colored part back up. Just play around with that and it'll come out pretty well I think

This is what I came up with by using that method:
Attachment 47714 everyone. I especially appreciate the info. specific to Everyone uses something different. It's hard to figure out 3 kinds of new software. I'm going to keep working on it...AND I found how to adjust the white in my camera's manual! I'm going to work on that too
