I completely agree, it's so hard without a model. Especially on some of the more unique headbands, that are kind of hard to picture if they aren't on some adorable little girl.

I just started retaking all of my photos & I've been using a picture frame as well. But I've tried to get pictures a few different ways for each item, so hopefully they have a really good idea of what it looks like from all angles. For hard headbnds, I'm trying not to use anything, so it looks like they're standing up magically. Otherwise I use a vase.
