You can attach the bow to a pin back and pin it on the hat. Or you can use E6000 and just glue the bow onto the hat. Or like someone said you can use E6000 or sew a strip of ribbon on the hat and then attach the bow w/ an ally clips (that way she can wear it in her hair or on the visor and you can change the bows out). Either way works great... I do the last w/ my military hats.
The button on the picture you have looks like someone embroidered the number on fabric and made it into a covered button. If you have a emboirder machine great, if not you can use a bottlecap for the #.
I think you can get kid visors at but if you just want one you'd be better off looking locally at craft stores or maybe even wal-mart/ Target. If you want to order several to try and sell I'd go with Northeast. You can also order some for moms and put a baseball flower on them or something like that.
