Line your clip with the 4.5" piece
Take the 3.5" piece and glue the 2 ends together to create a circle. Glue the center to the seam, this will create your bow. Glue that to the clip. make sure it is centered. Next glue one end of the 1.5" to the inside of the clip and wrap around the bow, glue the end to the inside of the clip. I hope this helps you. It really is pretty easy. The hardest part is getting the circle to be an even loop bow.
I use 4" instead of 3.5"
but I do the rest basically the same.
