Also, are you cutting them on the curl or in between curls (kwim)? I'm asking because your response might make a difference in how to respond.
One more question....are you waiting until they are totally cooled before you take them off the dowel and cut them? If they are still warm there's a good chance the korker will loose its shape when you are holding it to cut. Let me know!
