I made some pinwheels and while they look nice if i scrunch them up (as would a child) when it comes back out again it isn't as pretty, perky, and even looking...(until i fix it). A customer wouldn't know how to fix it...
Should I bake them and starch them so that they keep their shape?
do you only bake and starch korkers and twisteds?
