That's what I have, the 3" by 18" and it's great b/c you only need up to 3" for the large cheer bows anyway. I do fold my heat n bond pieces in half before cutting strips now (wow soo much easier), not sure why I don't do the same with the fabric! But the fabric does get thick sometimes if you're cutting through 2 layers at the same time and I worry that I don't have it folded perfectly in half and part of it might be crooked.

I snapped a quick pic of how I cut my fabric. Didn't bother to take the safety thing off of the blade but you get the point In the pic I am cutting a 2 1/4" strip. Not sure if you can see the lines that mark off the inches.

So glad I finally figured out a better way to cut these. Before I got the clear ruler and self-healing mat, I just took a piece of ribbon (to measure width) and a pair of scissors, and my fabric strips were quite a crooked mess
