I starch and bake mine. They keep their shape perfectly. You can ball it into a ball and it springs right back into shape. Lately, I've been reading where ladies starch them and let them air dry. I don't have time to wait for them to dry. After starching them, I put them in the oven for about 25 minutes at 275 degrees and then into the freezer for a few minutes (you don't have to do that step) and they are ready to go. Hope that helps.
