I think I read somewhere where Shelley bakes hers at like 260. I bake mine at 250. Just kinda depends on your oven. I used to bake at 275, but the dye on the ribbon was bleeding through on my swiss dots and the black stripes on my zebra were turning the white to gray, so I had to reduce temp a little.
