what degree do i put the oven on to warm it up

I would suggest at this point to mix another batch of resin & put a new light layer over the top. Once they are degassed & ready to dry put them in a warm oven & turn it off & leave them over night. I have been able to salvage caps that wouldn't cure completely doing this several times.
