take a party hat and open it up. Forgot to add, I know how expensive the ones are on etsy and I think it is ridiculous! I charge $10 for the ones like in the pic and $7 for ones with just a number on it. $5 for solids.
thanks for the help,since i won't make them to sell them,i think i may save myself the headache and just buy one from you, daughters birthday is months away but i will have to let you know when the time comes for me to order.
