Heat N Bond is the best when working with the sequined fabric. JoAnn's carries it by width sizes of 5/8" and 7/8" or also by the 5 yd roll enabling you to cut the strips down to the sizes you want.

I usually bond the sequined fabric to a same color of ribbon then adhere it to another layer with E6000 when stacking the ribbons together. That's the easiest way I have come up with to do it, but there are many other ways as well.

A little practice and a good rotary cutter is usually all it takes. Good Luck!
