I have been making bows and curly ribbon for over ?? years. I bake at 200 for 25 minutes. The difference is I wet all the ribbon before I bake it. I have never had to starch the ribbon and it holds its curl regardless of treatment. I have even washed it. I have a small one that thinks korkers are great play pretties. Just a suggestion.
