Also, this may sound stupid, but it tricked me once, make sure that you tool is ON. Mine plugs in but also has a switch and I accidentally bumped it off once, so the tool started to cool down. Are you cutting on a piece of glass or tile? Make sure you use pressure!!
its on and its really hooooot...just dont know what to do, i am cutting on mat that can be burned....i was trying to practice spikes with the v and i am a complete mess...lol...think i am doing it wrong, and the heatsealing, no clue....
