Saying a pacifier is for only 12 and up doesn't matter because only children use them anyways...if you know what i mean.
I remember a while back there was a thread talking about this very thing with HH. What's funny is that they may say their products are for children 12 and up, but when you start reading some of the descriptions they have for particular products they show pictures of a girl MUCH younger than 12.
