Today I worked an outdoor fair where I was selling my bottle cap necklaces. For my caps, I typically use E6000 to glue in my images, then I use the Sakura 3d crystal lacquer which has been great for my caps up until today.
The weather was a bit chilly and rainy. I do not think my caps got wet but all of a sudden I started noticing on a bunch of them what looked like white bubbles as though the lacquer was wet again. Touching it, it was dry but it was all over a bunch of the caps.
Has this ever happened to anyone and if so, how do I fix it so it doesn't happen again?
