ok i know this has been discussed but i cant sit here and go through 50 pages to find what i need to know.... I have couple of questions and im hoping you wonderfull ladies will give me some help... Im making a korker and was wondering if you starch it once its put together and then bake it again or what?? i have never starched anything... also when i make a boutiqe style bow or any style do i starch before i make it or after its together?? I know ive read all this info before but like i said i cant search for them right now.
